  2. I have re-downloaded it and put it back in a fresh copy of the game and it is still happening. Is it possible that I have worn down my hardware? Is that possible?
  3. It doesn't freeze as much without it.
  4. It was a new pack my clan is using. No-one else is having issues I don't think. I installed it on a fresh copy as well.
  5. Don't think there is any need to be aggressive
  6. Sorry, was going to post it a different way from how I posted it but I changed my mind and forgot to change the location.
  7. When my girlfriend cheated on me, I deflated her, I found her with a blow up dummy similar to her. Yes I do not have a girlfriend and I am referring to a blow up girlfriend. Just in case anyone thought I was a psycho...
  8. Hello, I have been playing GTA IV for sometime now on my computer without any trouble, I have installed a few heavy packs in that time as well. But now GTA IV is freezing for like 2-5 seconds every now and then. It is also having an impact on multiplayer as I get kicked as my computer is running slowly. How can I fix this issue? I have had commandlines in but they do not work Regards
  9. Aww okay, thank for letting me know! The police in Scotland, to my knowledge, use only one siren at a time. It sounds like a pretty smart idea actually haha!
  10. I have never heard of dual sirens, are they an American thing or are they simply made up for the purpose of the release?

  12. This does look good, can't wait for it to come out
  13. I think that when it's higher, it just loosed colour, especially in the British cars, it all becomes white eventually. That's probably just cause I don't have an ENB in
  14. haha! I was asking because I was watching your clan video on YouTube and thought that if I could get someone to make it then I would ask you to consider putting it in while in shift! (I'm M.Anderson btw)
  15. Hello, would anyone be interested in creating a British panic button mod. The panic button ban be found here
  16. That always happens to me when I use high poly vehicles so you will need to change to low poly models
  17. I would recommend setting it to this: car.defaultlight.emissive.on 90.00
  18. I am runing Windows 8 and everything runs perfectly!
  19. I think the traffic in V is much better than IV. They don't overtake you and you get more variety such as drivers driving at different speeds, overtaking on the motorway and reckless drivers. In IV every car was monotonous.
  20. Thank you for all suggestions, much appreciated
  21. Could have told me before I posted
