What? So if you speed through junctions and drive away from the police you get shot? That is bullsh*t. Think about it, he has just had a high speed RTC and stumbles out of his car, he isn't going to be coherent for a while as a result of the trauma, he was vulnerable and posed little threat as he was not in his car. His hand were out to the side when he was shot meaning the police could see his hands were empty. That shot was unjustified and outlines the major differences in law enforcement between Britain and America. It was totally shocking police work. So what you are saying is that a police officer in America can shoot someone in the back even if they are unarmed and no longer pose a threat to the public? Because that is the situation here, he could hardly even walk after that crash!

Not trying to be rude or anything but how the hell is it justified? He had his back turned to them and was unarmed! Yeah he broke traffic laws but that is no reason to kill or seriously harm him! In my opinion, the only justifiable force would have been to use a taser or tackle him to the ground! It is beyond me how people think this is justified. Seriously!

Yeah the police in this state has the authority to use lethal force but surely this lethal force should only be used if their life or the life of others is at risk. In this case, no risk to life was presented (disregarding the pursuit) and the police had no right to execute this lethal force. It was totally uncalled for.

I personally don't think that shot should have been taken. He was not facing the offices and was vulnerable. In my eyes, the shot was not justified in any way what so ever.

Right, I will try this. Yeah, I have re-installed it so many times and this is the first time this has happened. The only thing I done was switch the discs around when it told me to and I left it to do its work

I have not, usually RGSC does that then un-installs. Do I just have to download this? EDIT: If so, how do I install it?

I am re-installing Grand Theft Auto IV on my PC. It installs all necessary files a part from RGSC which is needed when I first load up the game to get the update. Where can I download the RGSC app so I can start using my game again. Attached, is what my screen looks like when I attempt to load up GTA IV.
