ineseri's post in GTA IV Stuck Loading. was marked as the answerYour computer is not really made for gaming. GTA IV is a very demanding game and running it on an i3 with intergrated graphics is usually a no-go.
Consider looking through this thread for a possible computer build: ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).

ineseri's post in Crash on Launch help! was marked as the answerRemove all mods, do a clean install with the latest patch and install mod one by one, play for 5+ minutes to see if it works. If it's okay, install the next mod and so on. (Just like br100x said).
Bumping means posting again, to get attention to the thread. For example, you wrote "help?". Just wait for someone to reply. (You are not automatically entitled to support. The people who help out in this forum volunteer their time and resources to help.)

ineseri's post in Help with liveries was marked as the answerHuh strange...
Open up the "trainer.ini" (if you have the simple native trainer, of course) and search for "VehicleLivery=1 //Trainer mapped Livery" and change the 1 into a 0, save the file and run the game.
This will allow you to choose up to 10 liveries for any car (even if there aren't any).
Hopefully that will work.
