I've been trying to add liveries for a 2013 Ford explorer and it says that i have 0 liveries installed so please help me

I believe that you need to add +liveries at the end of the appropriate line in the file "vehicles.ide" (located at ...Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata).

Open up the "trainer.ini" (if you have the simple native trainer, of course) and search for "VehicleLivery=1 //Trainer mapped Livery" and change the 1 into a 0, save the file and run the game.

This will allow you to choose up to 10 liveries for any car (even if there aren't any).

 

Hopefully that will work.
