  1. Of course I am serious. LCPDFR never even reached 3.0. It was a joke, based on the fact that he said "3.0" instead of "0,3". I am well aware of how the releases of LSPDFR and LCPDFR works - I've been here for 5 years.
  2. You have to edit the 'differences' that they add to the file.
  3. It tells the game what a vehicle model can be used for, and what kind of vehicle it is. You can edit it with a text editor. It should use XML format.
  4. No, we had that before and it was extremely abused. We might consider it for the future, but not now.

  6. Not unless they spawn in the game normally, or are added to the pursuit pool. Also, you'll have to wait years (if it ever comes out) for LSPDFR 3.0... :)
  7. Your topic has been moved to LCPDFR Support Requests. Please post in the correct location in the future. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR! Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 , https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 In some cases, your issue is resolved after following the above steps. 9. It's down for the moment.
  10. Nope. That'd be illegal. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  11. There are though very similar things that has happened in real life. The movie is quite accurate when it comes to that. Good movie, really recommend it!
  12. Again, it's free content and free patches. Something they said would happen and which you'd agreed to when buying the license for the game. It's really not a big deal. Yes, it's tedious to reinstall a few mods, but it's really not the end of the world.
  13. It's not unacceptable. Mods are unauthorized by defenition, you can't expect everything to work after an official update to the game is added. It's tedious and boring, yes, but it's part of PC gaming.
  14. One bullet carefully applied in the back of the suspect should do the trick.
  15. We are already aware of it, thanks. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  16. If you read the error message, you'd know what is failing. Tip: It's not the RageHook. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

  18. Yes, we get it. Modding broke. Fixes are coming. And please don't tell my moderators what to do. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  19. That is always true. You don't buy the game, you buy a license to use the game according to the terms set fourth by the developers. You accepted those terms when you bought the game. Also, I understand it's frustrating to not being able to play, but we gave fair warnings everywhere that an update was coming, both on Twitter, Facebook and Status Updates here on LCPDFR.com. There's no need for the excessive foul language.
