Read the readme - You're replacing the wrong file most likely. There is a lot of data duplication in GTA V.

Can't fix something that isn't broken on our end ;) I am sure LSPDFR 0.3 will solve most of it though, just has to be patient.

No, that'd be against the Community Guidelines. Please do not ask for the original game files, as you already are in possesion of them if you legally own the game.
