  1. Try using OpenIV instead (http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1).
  2. I'd say it has something to do with you trying to join a MP game that does not allow mod, it's pretty normal. I would recommend you joining games that are specifically made for modded multiplayer instead :)
  3. I'll try this just for the lulz, I haven't had any crashes related to this as of yet.
  4. Additionally, here's a list of all the keys for 1.0 ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).
  5. Right click the game in steam, click Properties and there should be an option to verify the game files on one of the tabs.
  6. Wow, that's a lot of mods. Does the issue still persist without those mods?
  7. It stands for 0.95 Release Candidate 2
  8. I'd say you are exaggerating :p But you can edit the INI file. Read the manual to find out what to edit.
  9. I have seen this issue once before today, and I didn't come up with anything. Hang tight for a patch is the best answer I can give at the moment. In the meantime: Install LCPDFR 1.0 manually, read through the manual to make sure that there are no errors.
  10. Have you been able to play the game before?
  11. Does it still do that without the ENB + car mods?
  12. No problem, enjoy the modification now :)
  13. Are you running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What are your computer specs?
  14. Have you read through the manual? I think you have missed to enable the siren, since that is part of the lightning stages if I am not mistaken.
  15. Here's the keylist ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>).
  16. Not as far as I know, no. You could change the keys to something that is not in use (F1-12) for example. Just be sure not to overwrite any keys that are in use.
  17. Glad you got it working, must have missed your previous posts.
  18. Very funny. Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?
  19. You press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard and paste it into paint. Save the image and upload to imgur or something.
  20. Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV folder? Do you have the latest GTA IV patch? Running the game as administrator? Latest GFWL patch?
  21. This^ Read the manual on how to do it to avoid any mistakes. Report back here if it works or not. EDIT: Woo condensed guides!
  22. Let's go through the normal support stuff: Read this: ?do=embed#entry204057'' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using (Windows XP is NOT supported)? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19). Also, please install these http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 (If you haven’t updated GFWL, use this). Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.
  23. Can you try to manually installing the mod?
