  1. Works fine for me, it's something on your end. Try using a different browser. Try using this link; http://www.lcpdfr.com/messenger/
  2. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  3. Again, you already have topics open about this. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. Your thread has been moved to LCPDFR Support Requests as it isn't a LSPDFR Support Request.
  5. Would why he? It's a free forum, and a free open community. If someone wants to do the request or part of it, it's fine. If not, that's fine too. Involving payment doesn't seem like a good idea.
  6. It's Friday, and that means Phil Collins;
  7. Well I suppose you'd have to locate all sound files within the RPFs that contain the soundbytes you want to remove, and replace them with something else.
  8. Yes. That'd be a massive undertaking though.
  9. This is an unreleased modification so far.
  10. If you cannot access the file, it means that either a) The staff team has hidden it or b) the author has hidden it. This time, it looks like the author has hidden it.
  11. Yes, making an honest mistake is surely hypocritical. There's no need for the passive-aggressive attitude. Ease up! My apologies about that. I'll unhide it momentarily!
  12. You already have a few topics open, there is no need to create a new one
  13. There's no need to, in my opinion.
  14. I like it, and is the only extra mod I use other than LSPDFR. It makes it easier to replace cars (and add more cars) since it adds more slots in its own "DLC" folder. However, it will overrule any other police car mods you currently have installed. As always with adding extra content to your game, it will be more unstable.
  15. Thread re-opened. A few things before you get started again. Everyone should adhere to the Community Guidelines and Registration terms. This topic is not a free-for-all where the rules and guidelines do not apply. Please read through the guidelines carefully. Violating content should be reported, not responded to. Please send me a PM if this is in any way unclear.
  16. That's a lot of mods. You'll have to install each mod one by one to figure out which one causes your memory leaks.
  17. The first mod that comes to mind is this: However, I think LukeD also made a similar mod.
  18. If you're not using a mods folder, and you do not remove mods from your GTA V directory before venturing into GTA Online, you will be flagged.
  19. Please review all pinned topics in this section, especially this one
  20. It will be using the scripthook, correct. This doesn't mean that there won't be an ELS. It just means it won't be using the RPH.
  21. If you found the answer, why not share it? :)
  22. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future. There is a readme, I suggest you take a look at that. There also appears to be "installation instructions" on the download page, I also suggest that you read those. If you need further help, there is an excellent pinned topic in this section on how to install modded cars. I actually suggest you read that first.
  23. Make sure you have the latest version of LSPDFR and the RPH and that no mods are running (mods folder, scripts etc) except LSPDFR.
