  1. There already are a few fire stations in GTA IV - If you need help installing a mod, first try it yourself - It's usually just a matter of reading a manual and copying files. Something most people do every day.
  2. Simple Native Trainer, and if I remember correctly, ELS came with some form of player location display which your screenshot shows.
  3. It depends on what you mean by modding the game. If you intend to swap out in-game models and game files, you'll need OpenIV. If you just want to run LSPDFR / LCPDFR, you need only the accompanying software.
  4. Well there is your problem. If you bought it via Steam, Steam is your DRM. You need to use Steam to launch it. I'm fairly certain you can create a shortcut from steam, however.
  5. Great for those who don't like human interaction. Not so great for those who work as cashiers.
  6. Please review these topics.
  7. Could it be that you are using an unsupported version of EFLC?
  8. Rockstar recently released a new patch for GTA IV, which broke modding. Please, read the pinned topic and upload all logs for us to be able to help you further.
  9. Simply upload the files listed here; And drag 'n drop them to the reply window on the forums. I haven't played LCPDFR for many a years to be perfectly honest :)
  10. No one is helped by being frustrated. We've all been in a position where we don't understand something. I understand that, you were not quoted in my message :) If you can upload the log here, that'd help a lot. Read the topic I linked earlier on.
  11. As far as I know, it depends on how the model creator set the model up in the first place.
  12. The LCPDFR Troubleshooter. There is no other tool that has that message as far as I know. Also can you please calm down? All your replies make it seem you are boiling with anger.
  13. Please be sure you've read through all pinned topics before posting, such as this one;
  14. Wouldn't it be better to just link them in the topic here, and those who are interested can download them without having to set up a new line of contact? Just a food for thought. This community is based on people sharing.
  15. Knock it off. Suggesting to read the manual is not only good advice, it's practically mandatory. There is no need to bring this kind of attitude to a free forum on the internet. If you've any questions about general etiquette on this here forums, feel free to send me a message.

  17. The scripthook "broke" as it isn't developed for that patch. It's made GTA IV more optimized for newer operating systems and computers, as in the past, it was only supported on Windows XP and Windows Vista. Of course the ScriptHook and various loaders can be updated, it's "only" a matter of the developers wanting to spend time doing so. As GTA IV is less "locked" than GTA V, downgrading appears to be quite easy - which, in turn, is a much easier way of "solving" the issue. Atleast for now, that is :)
  18. We're actively developing LSPDFR.
  19. You can simply not launch the game with the RPH to ensure that the SP story portion of the game plays normally.

  21. I've removed the clan advertising from your post. Pinned, as it is quite useful.
  22. Most likely the various scripthooks.
  23. Well you bought it already, ask yourself that question. The games are really good, both of them. Mods can enhance the games even further. One thing to note is that both games were developed for Windows Vista iirc, you may have trouble getting them to run smoothly on your PC. Since they're both 32-bit games, they cannot use all your RAM either.
