I was just curious, wasn't sure if you saw something I didn't. I personally wouldn't attribute it to any other plugins based on the stack trace, but not 100% sure on the cause. I'd try playing with all other plugins disabled, and if it's still happening, then reinstall LSPDFR.

How did you choose those two plugins from the stack trace in the log?

Did you install your plugins in the correct location? Non-LSPDFR plugins go in the /plugins folder. LSPDFR plugins go in /plugins/LSPDFR

The original log states the issue regarding SlimDX. If you google it, there are a lot of results, but very few answers. You need to go into one of their .ini files and change the menu key to something different.

Make sure your mods folder is updated. If it is, then something inside is probably broken. If that's the case, you'll need to either figure out what it is and remove it, or start a new mods folder. You can confirm whether the mods folder is the issue by renaming it to _mods and launching the game again.
