About

Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users. This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles. Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights. Keyboard or controller only.

Included Features

Friendly Honk: A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them.
Traffic Light Control: Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled. This does not affect AI traffic.
Traffic Yielding AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

Great way to cut off siren without going in the vehicle. If I remember it correctly, stop the ped have the option to cut off siren by pressing G for 1 second when near the vehicle.

Yeah, but when you're in pursuit, do you really wanna get out and stand and press G ? This makes the job easy by automatically cutting it off when you exit the vehicle and also the friendly honk is my favorite lol.

Just sayin, that's realistic. 😛 How many bodycams and dashcams have we seen where officers in pursuit jump out of their car with the siren blaring? Though I completely understand some people find it annoying. Personally, I love it. Adds to the immersion.

Make on NON ELS plugin change siren press 1 2 3 and mute siren :)

Great idea, and it works well. Unfortunately, even with i7-8700k, 1080ti, and 32gb of Ram it kills performance using the traffic light feature.

it works well without lspdfr loaded. The issue is that lspdfr itself is kinda heavy with all callouts and plugins and other mods. On top of everything, the traffic control sucks resources so it lags. But it's a really cool feature. Rockstar should honestly implement it in vanilla GTA

There could be a lot of ways, you might have installed it wrong. Go to the discord provided in the discription, and join that server. You can get help with your plugin in here.

It is basic ELS feature, not Stop the Ped...

Yes, E and R should do the trick. Make sure you have didn't disable the feature in the ini file.

When I enable the friendly honk feature, pressing "E" on foot near a police car makes them blip, even though I'm not in my car. Idk if I can classify this as a bug, but it seems off for me at least. Yes, you can say I just waved at them on foot so they honked/blipped back.
