Unbind the key in LSPDFR's keys.ini file.

You're missing the Localization.ini file for CompuLite (and maybe his other plugins). If LSPDFR isn't loaded, ASC will not function.

Did you just stop reading at "and convicted murderers at the same time"? Ignoring/oversimplifying my point doesn't make it go away. Sorry if I struck a nerve.

If your game crashes without Rage and while your mods folder is disabled, you need to verify your game files. If it launches without Rage and only crashes when you launch with Rage, try launching GTA normally, then alt-tab and launch Rage after you're in game. If this fixes the issue, I've found that restarting my computer will fix the issue and I won't have to use the alt-tab solution every time.

Imagine if they also browsed the forums to see how the community acts/portrays itself. Seeing members supporting the "thin blue line" and convicted murderers at the same time might be interesting to them.

My plugin does not use Ultimate Backup. The backup unit that arrives is not an Ultimate Backup unit. You should not expect it to act like an Ultimate Backup unit. The intent is the player would convert it to an Ultimate Backup partner by using the UB menu. I will admit, I need to add more logic for how they should act upon arrival. For support issues, I encourage you to follow the directions in the Support section of the file description.
