The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

For safekeeping, increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 in the RAGE settings.

    If your game crashes without Rage and while your mods folder is disabled, you need to verify your game files.  If it launches without Rage and only crashes when you launch with Rage, try launching GTA normally, then alt-tab and launch Rage after you're in game.  If this fixes the issue, I've found that restarting my computer will fix the issue and I won't have to use the alt-tab solution every time.
