That's odd. I recently found out that if you have a police vehicle saved in your parking spot outside of your safe house and you install a police vehicle to replace it, the games tries to create so many things, that after like 10 mins you crash. This can also happen if you saved your game while you were on duty as a police officer. Other than that I really don't know. Hopefully I can help more but right now I need to sleep.

I heard some say no and some say yes and like stinkace2 said, it does take a few months to come out after the console release. If it comes out for the PC I will be so excited but its going to take up a lot of HDD space just because the is so much more objects and the map is like 5x bigger than GTA:IV's map. I'm really looking for it for the consoles though!

Try to make the skins more realistic. Check out the tutorials on this website to help you get nice fonts and lines to make it look more realistic. Trust me I started out like this but I never released skins because they were on paint. If you are using paint, I wouldn't really make skins on it. It looks alittle kiddish to be honest. If you can get your hands on photoshop or gimp, use those they look more professional. I wish you the best.

There very bright for me but the glare of the lights are to freaken annoying. I also saw that he had a v6 so I downloaded it and installed it, it crashed my game so I went back to v5 and its still crashing my game. I just don't know why? Any clue?

Do not use paint, it makes skins look unprofessional. Try to get you hands on Photoshop or GIMP.
