  1. Well I did a tiny bit of research and saw some person had the same graphics card with all the settings as: Video Mode- 1280x720 Texture Quality- High Reflection Resolution- High Water Quality- High Shadow Quality- Off Texture Filter Quality- Anisotrophic x2 View Distance- 25 Detail Distance-31 Vehicle Density- N/A There are certain things you don't need very high like water quality and reflection resolution. FPS>Quality! This kid got 32.19 FPS so you should be running 40+ FPS with everything at medium. Do you have any Icehancers or ENBs? Those kill FPS.
  2. What are your graphics on? If they are on on high, maybe turn them down to medium etc, That must be an old car if it came with ELS v4 but if it says it is ELS v6 enabled it should work with ELS v7.
  3. I've been wanting to know the community's favorite police vehicle is. I really like the Ford Crown Victorias just because they are so commonly used throughout the United States and many other places around the world. I think Crown Vics can look very sexy with a nice light setup and everyone likes the sound of a CVPI flooring it down the block to respond to a 911 call. My family had a lot of Crown Vics because they are all in the Police Department and we used to drive my cousin's police vehicle because in Florida, they let you take home the police vehicle. Also my best friends dad had at least 3 Crown Vics that he can take home because he worked in the Headquarters of my local police department. He used to bring home the nicest unmarked Vics with the most beautiful light setups ever. My second favorite police vehicles are the PPV Chevy Tahoes. They look very sexy with the low profile look of being marked or unmarked with the black rims. Tahoes can have very nice light setups too. My best friends dad also had a police Tahoe all lit up and it was beautiful. I am not really a fan of the Dodge Chargers but the new ones made me like them a lot when they have the black rims. Although, I heard the Dodge Chargers don't really have the best handling and I heard that from numerous people. I am also not really a big fan on the other police vehicles like the Chevy Caprice, Ford Explorer, and the Ford Taurus; Those vehicles can look very nice lit up and the Taurus is just a replacement for the Crown Vics and all the other police vehicles cannot beat the sexiness of the Crown Vic. I wish I had pictures of my friends dad's police vehicles but he does not have them anymore. So what police vehicles do you like? Take the poll and maybe give me a reason and some pictures of your favorite police car in the posts section why you like it.
  4. I kinda don't want to watch it because I want it to be a surprise.
  5. Can't really tell how good it looks due to the ELS glare but the lights look like they are setup good. Good work!
  6. Public works uses vans, pickup trucks like f350s, and no cars. Also if you can get your hands on a international truck and make a dump body for it, that would be epic. PM if you want to talk more
  7. Did you run the launcher as an administrator?
  8. I think you should have bolded the police and corona words. Other than that it is good!
  9. That is a nice ass truck but I just can't use Christmas trees in my game, I'm not a big fan of Christmas tree lighting. If you are making an unmarked version, I would probably download it. Good work!!
  10. I feel like everyone uses them. LoL!
  11. The siren sounds great but that horn isn't so good. 4/5
  12. Piarulli246 posted a gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  13. Commandlines don't do anything. Check your PM.
  14. I couldn't find that model. I remember seeing it before. If you like the visor light setup, you might like this also: http://www.gta-modding-chest.com/board7-grand-theft-auto-iv/board9-showroom/151-2008-ford-crown-victoria-unmarked-las-vegas-metro-pd-els/ Yep SharpCommand got it. I knew I have saw it before
  15. Looks pretty cool man. I always wanted to play with an ems mod. Hopefully this is stable and doesn't crash our games. Great work though!!
  16. Try to install TrafficLoad: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/trafficload-f9780 I use that and my textures don't get messed up. If your textures do just uninstall it and you'll have to play with the taxi bug. I also recommend playong with not that many scripts and high poly cars. If you have cars that mess up your game, just find another vehicle you like and see if that works. Best of luck~ Foward
  17. That state must be made of dirt and mud because that's some offroad type of truck shit
