Kinda sounds like segregation... separate but equal??? That didn't quite work out now did it.... I'm gay and of course i support gay marriage, and i think that's what it should be called marriage, because that's what it is. Maybe historically marriage has been between a man and woman but things change and we realize the error of our ways. Black people used to be slaves and second class citizens and today they are almost equal to every other race. The very idea of calling my marriage a civil union or whatever the hell you wish to call it anything but a marriage just makes me feel like less of a person and makes my marriage feel less important. And that's not what we should strive for we should strive for equality for all no matter your race or sexuality....

In Florida you have to get your certification to be a Law Enforcement officer in the state which requires you to attend a 6-8 month academy and pass the certification exam, and now days agencies wont sponsor you because they have so many applicants. Now i have my associates degree in criminal justice and I already knew most of what i learned in the academy besides case law and the statues of course. But most agencies here only require you to already have your certification and just have a high school diploma, others require at least your associates degree or a 4 year degree. For instance the City of Orlando states you must have a high school diploma but a 4 year degree is preferred, so when you apply with the 100s of others they are going to look at the people with 4 year degrees first so you have a better chance of getting hired. As someone else mentioned i wouldn't get a bachelors in criminal justice because it just useless in my opinion and you really only need an associates, but if an agency requires a 4 year degree then get one in Public administration or find our if they require a certain degree. Like i said i purchased mine through walmart and i didnt have any issues, i did read some bad reviews but the only issue i had was the power supply went out but i had already put my own in. But i did get the cheapest one, im just suggesting it if you dont want to spend alot upfront but if you have the money and want to build it yourself i would go with tigerdirect.

You should check tigerdirect.com they are having a sale on components and they always have sales so you might be able to save some money. If you want it to pre built and ready to go i would use cyber power i got my computer through walmart and it was only about 600. Now i got the basics and i just used parts from my current pc and upgraded things later on. IMO 1200 to 1300 is just too much and you still have to assemble it. And for the graphics card you dont really need to go all out to play GTA IV I have a gtx 660 and i can play it on high and ultra settings just fine. Now GTA V will be coming early next year so you may want to get a better card so your prepared for it or you can wait because there will be sales around that time.

When you enter a school as a student you are essentially giving up your rights, the property is owned by the city or school board and you are there only to learn. The only property you own is your body and whatever you bring with you to school, and you can be searched at anytime at least in the U.S. This topic is unnecessary like always but what right could you possibly have to be insubordinate to a teacher or any authority figure on a school campus? You wont see that amendment in the constitution... If you have assigned seats or are told to more temporarily because of your behavior than you do it. Now if you refuse then you can gladly accept the disciplinary action such as referrals and possibly suspension. This kid was probably just being a jackass and just wanted to be defiant for the attention or just to make a statement, I was like that in high school and i look back and wonder why i did that, I'm actually embarrassed by my behavior now.

Like someone else said they are just delaying the PC release to curb piracy, "don't wait till January, buy the improved version of the game you already bought over a year ago". I love rockstar and the GTA series but they really need to work on their communication and pr skills. They stated the PC version would be released with the next gen but now they are pushing it back with no mention as to the reason for the delay or even an apology. As for the delay, what issues could have caused a 2 month delay??? I doubt they are making it highly superior to the next gen version, I just hope its a proper port. I think rockstar is just getting way to arrogant and they need to take a step back and realize that they are running a business and its about customer satisfaction and there is alot of unhappy customers including me right now.

There comes a time and place where you get tired of hearing about the same shit all the time and what can you or anyone else do about these issues. Are you going to infiltrate a terrorist group and take them down? Are you going to solve a very complicated and tense international conflict??? Android did that awhile ago! Apple is always playing catchup and yet people still buy all their crap religiously. On another note if you want a great android phone that doesn't have that cheap samsung feel and look get the HTC M8. I have it and love it its metal so it has that high end feel and its a great phone with the best speakers you will find on a phone right now or in the near future.

I think its bs the article says we have been waiting for years GTA V hasn't even been out for a year! Furthermore they reference another article that reports GTA V will be delayed for next gen although there has been no official word from rockstar on this, but this could be true because we all know rockstars track record of delays. I dont see why they wouldnt release a pc version they already made a fortune off of the game and people are going to buy the next gen version as well so profitability wont be an issue. The only issue i could forsee is a technical one but the game already runs great on the old consoles so i dont see why their would be any problems porting it. No rockstar fucked us on this one they said they didnt want to release on next gen because the old systems were perfectly capable. Yet here we are almost a year after release and what are they doing??? Releasing to next gen and PC, so of course im going to want the improved version with better graphics, draw distances and gameplay improvements. If they would have released the PC version when they released the console version we wouldn't be in this situation. And yea i didnt have to buy it but i didnt want to wait over a year to play it on PC.

After watching this im stunned that the police did not deploy any aggressive tactics such as tear gas or the rubber bullets or the military to control the situation. The police were clearly outnumbered and unprepared for the civil unrest that transpired. If they had flexed their muscle in the beginning of the riots and were able to gain control of the situation the rioting probably would have not spread and they would have deterred future riots. Now of course the media and the rights activists are going to criticize the police for their use of force but what about the citizens actions???? The level of violence and disregard for the police was shocking. These people had no connection with the incident and yet they feel it necessary to take out their frustration on their own people and neighborhoods and officers who really had nothing to do with it either. The stability of nation was as risk if they police didn't contain the unrest and i believe they should have used more force to do so. But they didn't do that they merely stood there while being battered and assaulted and watched their city being damaged and looted. So of course they were criticized for not acting quickly and aggressively to stop the riots. So what the hell are the police supposed to do???? The government didn't want to spend the money on more police and equipment but i find it hard to believe that unrest on that scale was even allowed to transpire in a large and modern city such as London with all its cameras and large police force. But think of all the damage that the riots caused not only to property but to the people and the relationship between the police and the public. The public has lost their faith in the police because they weren't there when they needed them to be the most. So the government has to respond to riots how they see fit because you dont have time to second guess yourself when so much is at stake, so i support the actions of the officers in Ferguson their actions prevented the riots from escalating and spreading. Now i dont belive the military should ever be deployed against its own citizens unless the police have lost all control and are forced to retreat. Because this becomes a national threat the government could be toppled and we all know what happens then.....
