If yours save data is screwed up just delete it and use the trainer to unlock everything again. Or download a game save

Exactly, plus you need to slightly move the copy off of the original, like when you make a copy they lay right on top of eachother, You need to move the copy slightly off. Otherwise it won't always show up in-game.

I can do Minnesota state, but to do all the sheriff and local department...no way. Pick a few and I can do those. You realize how many little icons your asking me to make? Not possible. GTA Assigns the same icon to all police departments

You need to install ELS to get els enabled cars to work. everything you listed there you need to put in the GTA folder. visualsettings isn't necessary but it enhances the look of the els. Read the readme that came with ELS for how to install it all. I'm assuming thats what you wanted to know. Your post was kind of hard to understand

Changing that value to blue only causes the environment lighting to be blue. It doesn't change the color of the actual light. I replied to that in the thread you made

The secondary ELS colors, whatever the modder maps it to

Not only this but they need to be mapped to the red/blue color texture for each one. If your talking about doing it on a locked car it might not be possible. Depends on how it was mapped but you might be able to do it through texture changes. Is this car already released or are you creating it in zmod?

Thanks guys, it is simple but I thought people would like it. Adds another level of customization for players. I've been using this personally for a long time and talked with Nutt a long time ago if it was a good idea and if I should release it. It got put on the back burner though as other projects took over. Now its being served to the community. Enjoy!
