The log is only to troubleshoot LCPD:FR but like Tom H said, it will most likely be the Ultimate Car Pack thats causing your problems

Don't replace it with another, replace it with the default GTA IV car that belongs in that place. Then after you've fixed it and know which car was the problem, then you can start replacing cars again.

1) Thats why you should always, always make a backup before you try to make change 2) I don't think its allowed/legal to upload the entire pedprops.img archive 3) They don't like "cracked" games here, PLUS this mod is designed not to work with cracked games 4) Use OpenIV from now on - its a lot better and you don't have to "rebuild" every time you change one little thing

What mods are you all running? Any modded cars? Have you tried removing the police car mods if your using them? At least just police and police 2 since those are the main cars that get spawned. I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the cars you have installed. Like its crashing when its spawning your backup for the pursuits. Not sure why it would do it when you do traffic stops but its worth a try right?

I think its defiantly interesting to think about and our technology is evolving rapidly every day. I don't know if I will see it in my lifetime but someday a amazing revolutionary breakthrough will happen for mankind and it could be time travel. The thing that racks my mind is where are you going to go if you time travel? I mean everyone on earth is in now time, September 13th, 2012. If you go back to 1973, whats going to be there? Its not like there are people living out their lives in 1973 in this parallel world. And what if you altered something, for example if I go back to September 10, a day before the trade center attacks and spill forth information and they ground all planes for the 11th. Then what happens to the people still living in the true present, 2012? Do the towers re-appear? Do all those families get their loved ones back? Or maybe the 2001 world you travel to doesn't have a effect on the 2013 world you came from and the trade towers would continue to exist in 2001 world but the tragedy would remain in the 2013 world. You would almost have to go somewhere else, a whole different universe. I didn't watch the videos, don't feel like it right now but I will watch them sometime, maybe my questions are talked about. I just wanted to give you my thoughts. I love talking about this stuff, I think its interesting and good conversation. I could type for a long time lol. I have more and more thoughts and scenarios that keep popping into my head

Exactly, when you download a car it will have the two necessary files, the model(WFT) and the textures(WTD) you will replace the default car with these files and the WTD will contain police_sign_1/2/3/4. Then you would import the different skins you want in these places.

Yeah, I never said Illumination was coming soon lol. I've never seen them answer a thread like this before so I don't think they will start now. He said he didn't like the undamagable cars but you will have that glitch with any version of ELS. Only way to fix it is to go back to the default IV cars. There are some good mods out there that change the look of the coronas to something more LED like.

No idea when FR will be updated. The devs will tell us that info when they want us to know. Patience.... ELS will not be updated, the guy who made that is retired from modding right now and that glitch isn't fixable with els. The way ELS is designed GTAIV causes that glitch. Keep an eye out for Illumination 2.0 if you dont like ELS... Don't know if posts asking for updates about FR are allowed so this might get closed

EXACTLY! :facepalm: No one wants to put any effort in to try and find a answer anymore. Use the search features, look around a little bit. I know you would have seen this is if you would have looked because its 5 or 6 threads above yours. Stickied to the top of this forum The first line in your error reads "LCPDFRModels' error'd!" The name of the thread above yours with the fix: How to fix "Installation component 'LCPDFRModels' error'd!" link below... Basically it comes down to a problem with the LCPDFR Taser, if the video fix works for you, then great. If it doesn't you will have to go without the taser

The button your looking for is in that picture. Its "IMPORT texture" but you need a car that supports liveries. 99% of the cars out there do so download one and install it then you can change the skins. If your trying to install a car.wtd thats one step back from the screen you captured.

I"m trying to tell you to try and remap it and see if it works..... remap it to a key that sin't being used by something else

Have you tried re-mapping the keys that open the panel? I use ALT+DELETE. Are you using SNT? If so disable the keybindings... Try those things and see if anything helps
