hang on.... ELSV5 didn't officially add the support for lights on AI cops, it was only on V6 if i remember right.

Not sure if i quite catched you, but you did replace dsound shipped with LCPDFr with the one from ELS zip? It should work. Anyways, got to ELS.ini and disable the lights for the AI cops. It should fix your crashing issue.

Different lights are used in 0.91 by "," and on 0.95 it's numlock slash.

Might want to try re-installing and on the installer make sure you actually accept the box with callouts or w/e.
