It's a mod, for a game called as "Grand Theft Auto IV". You have to purchase it from some retailer or somethin'. You install it, and then you make sure you download the latest patch and install it, it's patch 1.0.7.0. Then you're going to download our automatic installer of the mod, and follow the guide on it.

The demo for it is amazing. Controls and handling are just nailed right. Soundtrack sounds great and cop AI is really much better than before. Sometimes even alot more agressive. Shifting is really fun, it's great helpful tool if you can use it right. PC version delayed btw.

If you're on retail, then re-install. If you're on steam, right click IV, select properties and verify game cache and it should re-download it.
