Oh dear. I just figured out. You should have download this: http://www.microsoft...9f-b21f31ab88b7 and this: http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en . And installed them.

With SparkIV, you can replace the old cop cars by the ones you shall download.

You are running the wrong exe when trying to update it.

You are supposed to post the log here.

Delete only all of the xlive files OR the one dsound.dll. Not only one of them (except for dsound.)

Oh, you have two asiloaders. That's the problem. Remove either xlive_d.dll and xlive.dll or dsound.dll. I'd suggest removing xlive so you can play online and use windows live.

What? Are you saying you have both xlive and dsound.dll or not?

Did you install both, xlive and dsound.dll asiloaders? If yes, remove one of them.

Will work on 1.0.3.0, 1.0.4.0, 1.0.6.0 and 1.0.7.0. Please, pay attention to the forums more.

What you can't use? EFLC? GTA IV? What happens, does it crash?

Patch EFLC to version 1, 1, 2, 0.
