I've been playing LCPDFR for some time and this actually happes. I was pursuing a taxi and i lost it. When i was on normal patrol, i suddenly hear my partner shouting. I look back and i see the same damn cab i was chasing later that day.

After you're done downloading them, install them. If it still doesen't work, re-install the mod.

You can change to niko's model with the native trainer.

Did you install both xlive and dsound.dll? If yes, remove one of them.

What do you mean by, nothing happens? Did you pirate GTA IV?

Patch your game to 1.0.7.0.

Could you post a pictue of your GTA IV folder?

This occurs when the mod failed to create the callout, because the game refused to add any new ped/vehicle. This shouldn't occur too often so it might be a memory problem, how much RAM do you have? Sorry if you see this LMS, copied your entire post. :biggrin:

This doesen't belong to LCPDFR Support. Also, TBOGT has it's own visualsetting.dat you have to change.
