  3. Not at the moment, i think. I didn't have any hats when testing btw. They were invisible.
  4. Alright, it's done. I simply replaced the FBI models in GTA IV with the ones from TBOGT. I hope you know how to use spark iv! Enjoy! http://www.4shared.com/file/nVvoCV_V/New_FBI_Peds.html They're similiar to the ones in GTA SA.

  7. I'm not sure what was the dev's answer last time, but i'll try searching it. Edit: Got word from a dev: "it's not getting done as it's unrealistic i mean you're not going to get a callout on the other side of the city in real life"
  8. Patch your game to 1.0.7.0.... I said it won't work with 1.0.0.0 already.
  9. You can arrest/ticket people by pressing alt + h to a non aggressive suspect. If the suspect is aggressive, you need to use alt+ h arrest with gunpoint.

    Have you pressed F8 accidently? It toggles callouts off/on.

  19. As far as i know, this is being fixed at the moment. Not entirely sure though.
  20. Good. Try downloading LCPDFR Manual install and drag the dsound into your GTA IV Folder, got i? It might work. Who knows.
  21. People need to start using the god damn diagnostic tool!
  22. Oh great.... You didn't really read "Troubleshooting" did you? LCPDFR won't work with patch 1.0.0.0 . Patch either to 1.0.3.0 or upwards.
  23. Do you have both xlive, and dsound.dll?
