I mean, you mention what you suspected in the title of this thread. That sounds as good as a cause as any.

turning off preloading of models will only delay the issue until the model is normally spawned during play. The fix will be to remove/replace the model.

No, that isn't the case. LSPDFR preloads a bunch of assets and loads extra things (like the MP map). That error in particular means GTA V returned an error when LSPDFR asked it to load the MP map. Rename the mods folder temporarily and see if it solves your installation issue.

try starting RPH after GTA V has loaded into story mode.

Undo whatever is causing it in your mods folder.

the logfile says different. Ensure you don't have any old version of LSPDFR in the root of your GTA folder (this isn't where it goes, and will interrupt correct loading). If still persists, then send a new log.

there is no LSPDFR crash in your log - it's likely the crash is being caused by another mod you've installed.

Your mods folder is bad, that's what the LSPDFR error means. It means GTA V raised an error whilst loading the multiplayer map, which LSPDFR uses.
