I want to create my own mod pack from scratch, even if I use a native GTA V model Who can help me with this, a program, a tutorial that can help me do this? Grateful

Hello everybody, I'm new to the community, but I've been using LSPDFR for a while, and now I'm wanting to make gameplays but my social media and I wanted to use LSPDFR in live streams playing GTA V and generate monetization, revenue with these videos. But I read the LSPDFR usage licenses, and it seems that it is not allowed to do these transmissions in order to generate revenue with videos. However, I see a lot of people using LSPDFR in video games, and generating revenue from their videos. So I was wondering from someone here, can I or can I not use LSPDFR in my live streams and monetize them? can anyone help me with this issue?
