  8. Considering the obfuscation form used by the crash report, it's being caused by a RPH or LSPDFR plugin, not LSPDFR itself. This might help you narrow it down. Usually the error happens because you've modified a config/ini somewhere and put something in there that the plugin didn't like.

  10. In regards to why decals are broken, decals depend on an ambient connection to GTA Online. RAGEPluginHook aggressively blocks any communication to GTA Online (more so than Scripthook V for instance) to prevent you from being banned.

  21. @larryjustus Please note that the 'Galveston Sheriff 2015 Tahoe.zip' seems to be corrupted. You can try reuploading this file by hitting the pencil (edit) and selecting Upload a new version. Your file is otherwise approved as the other 3 files seem fine.
