  1. It's been there for a while - something that I think "oh I should fix that" then 10 minutes later completely forget about it. Thanks for the thread -- it'll remind us to fix it.
  2. It looks like this was caused by a bug in the contributor system, that essentially added a null member ID contributor to certain files if a certain unlikely series of events occured (as far as I can ascertain only yours and 1 other were affected). I've now fixed this and added extra hardcoded precautions so this can't happen again. I've unhidden your file.
  3. I'll be investigating what happened here, but it looks like somehow a null member (which IPS considers guest) somehow found it's way into the contributor list. This is most likely an innocent mistake. In the next few minutes I'll be updating our code to ignore null members in the contributor list and automatically erase them.
  4. Have you tried using another e-mail address by a different provider?
  5. This should be sorted now - if anyone is still experiencing this feel free to reply.
  6. You'll have to downgrade. Search around, instructions are available.
  7. We don't discuss accounts with other users for privacy reasons. If someone feels they have been banned incorrectly they can contact the G17 Media page on Facebook.
  8. If it ain't there, and you can't find it externally, most likely the author wanted it gone. Nobody can upload their work against their wishes.
  9. Thank you! We'll update this shortly. It has been slightly outdated and could use new information.
  10. We're working on fixing this, thanks for your report.
  11. We've identified an issue with the download system, namely that some reviews don't show and that switching tabs can occasionally not work. This was caused to our upgrade to the latest version of the IPS suite and a conflict between some of our custom code. We're working on resolving it, and we'll reply to this thread when it is resolved.
  12. You haven't read the requirements and installed them, namely the VIsual Studio 2008 Redistrubutable.
  13. Last night our script automatically detected a fault and made sure to prevent any downtime. So hopefully we have a working workaround for this bug for now. I've also pinpointed this bug to an odd locking issue with our webserver, specifically the SSL automatic provisioning module we use. We have reported this bug and we are working to debug it.
  14. We have no plans to, no. There are tutorials to downgrade to Patch 7.
  15. Right now we're not using social media at all for these outages; but we are aware when an outage occurs. I think ultimately we're intending to bring on our Content Team to the social media accounts, and they will be able to provide updates if they are around at the time of an outage.
  16. I'll admit that after rechecking I was wrong in this case and I'll edit my post.
  17. Hello, We are aware that there are persistent outages at the moment. We are aware this is annoying and are working on a solution. It's just as annoying for me as it is for the rest of you. As of a few minutes ago, we have put further automatic technical measures to detect and attempt to automatically fix certain issues. For the technically minded - There is a particularly annoying fatal bug right now with the frontend load balancers going down every few days, I've had a look into what's causing this and the problem is in no way immediately obvious. It looks as though it is some very bizarre attack that confuses nginx's internal connection management, or perhaps a flaw in our in-house DDoS prevention modules that causes a deadlock in some fashion - that someone is exploiting to their advantage, or is innocently failing. Until we pinpoint the bug, we've now put into place a suite of tests that check if our servers are responding the way they should be, and if they aren't the appropriate server will be automatically restarted and any caches cleared.
  18. Yup, I'm aware. Should be fixed in the coming hours. Edit: This should be fixed now, but expect outages as we investigating the cause.
  19. Due to Rockstar copyright, nobody can distribute this. You'll have to re-install the game if you didn't backup correctly.
  20. I'm in a hotel right now that happens to use BT and have much worse overall speeds, and can't replicate your issue.
  21. This question is probably more suited for the FiveReborn forums/community. These forums are aimed at the singleplayer side of the game.
  22. Was there a need to post this 3 times? I've removed the other 2.
