I have this problem only with download cars.  Some lights works but do not bright. 

I use ELS and a native trainer

I've tried B.E.L. , Bright Lights Script but nothing works.  I haven't found the solution.

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEE! 

Was there a need to post this 3 times? I've removed the other 2.

1 make sure ur postfx and shaders are on high or above

2 download either RadianceV or a similar light enhancing mod

It's the same lights intensity
