In response to COVID-19, we're continuously monitoring the situation with the site and taking any action needed to keep the site fast for everyone. In March 2020, we seen the largest number of people online in LCPDFR.com history, partially in response to the millions more working from home during these times and partially to the organic growth of people discovering LSPDFR and the absolutely game-changing GTA V mod scene. We want to do everything we can to not disappoint people and we've been working on additional optimizations and monitoring so we can keep the website available and highly responsive. A peak into our infrastructure monitoring dashboard. During this time, along with higher site traffic, we've also seen a large increase in the number of reports of rule breaking content. Most of these violations are from these new members of the community who aren't aware of our rules. Our great Community Team is doing a fantastic job keeping on top of reports and making sure situations are dealt with in a timely manner. We thank everyone who points out violations of our rules, these help us make the community better for everyone. To all of our community at this time, we hope yourselves and your families are safe and well. And let's hope everything goes to back to normal soon. Cyan.

The System.ValueTuple not being in mscorlib is due to the fact they aren't running .NET 4.7.

On certain systems, LSPDFR can take too long to load. If you're seeing this issue, LSPDFR will hang with a perpetual black screen and there will be an error message on the bottom left of the screen. Your log may also mention something along the lines of 'Warning! Plugin "LSPDFR First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze' Fix Open the RAGEPluginHook settings menu (hold down SHIFT immediately after clicking RPH) Increase 'Plugin timeout threshold' to a higher value (e.g. 60000) Save and Launch

No it's not a 'bug', you're at the part of the game's story where you are banned from the city. Either get further in the game's story or use a 100% save.
