LSPDFR does not violate Rockstar's modding policy. As a result, it's not likely to get you banned. With LSPDFR itself, simply do not start the game with RAGEPluginHook.exe. With other non-RPH and non-LSPDFR mods, make sure to remove them from your folder before going online.

Those are the default overrides LSPDFR ships with. See our Wiki for other settings. Not all settings are included in the LSPDFR.ini by default, but you can input any we have on the Wiki.

You'll need .NET Framework 4.7.2. Try installing https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer Your Windows 10 install is chronically out of date, you might need to update Windows 10 if you can't install .NET framework 4.7.2.

If your game isn't updating for whatever reason, follow point 4 (and only point 4) on this Rockstar Support article. https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/205778987/GTAV-PC-General-Troubleshooting-Installation-Issues-Crashes-Freezes-Poor-Performance Also try renaming mods to _mods. If that fixes the issue, you'll have to recreate your mods folder, or undo what you last did to it.

Your title is mentioning Rage MP? What is your question? If you're wondering whether on singleplayer, RPH mods and scripthook mods can co-exist, yes. If you're asking for something to do with RAGE multiplayer, I'm afraid you may be on the wrong site.
