  1. It sounds like you have a solution to your issue then. RPH sometimes doesn't launch the game correctly.
  2. If your issue is fixed by renaming/removing your mods folder, then it is not an LSPDFR issue, but an issue with your replacement/OpenIV mods.
  3. Car models aren't anything to do with the LSPDFR modification, it doesn't use or depend on any vehicle modifications. As for installing vehicle models, I'm unsure why people are still doing it the difficult way. We introduced LML a few months ago which does not break between updates and also doesn't depend on manually changing files each update. I don't use the OpenIV way of doing it, so I can't aid you with that. As for updates, yes, the mods folder/update.rpf/etc pretty much breaks every update. You either have to re-do it or follow the instructions OpenIV gives you.

  18. LSPDFR does not depend on a network connection. Your issue will be an LSPDFR plugin or callout, not LSPDFR itself.

  22. Where are you reading that from? @LavaVain9, you are using an old build of LSPDFR. After updates, LSPDFR needs to be updated.
