    https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars You need to download this file and replace the original gameconfig.xml file. I use "GTA base" which is normal traffic. The default gameconfig file can't support a significant amount of add-on vehicles, which causes it to crash at startup. Just drag and drop the new file into the folder I specified above. I hope this helps!

    **RESOLVED** In case anybody is having a similar issue: I had adjusted the "dlclist" with add-on cars and that requires an update to the gameconfig.xml file under "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" I hope this helps those with similar issues!

    I'm not sure if you're using add-on vehicles, but I resolved my issue by updating the gameconfig.xml file with the updated "limitless cars" mod. I hope that helps!

    I have updated to the new LSPDFR, ScriptHookV, Open IV and RPH and I have been having an issue with crashing after the "Loading and Populating Game Mode". Hoping somebody has a fix. Thanks in advance! RagePluginHook.log
