No, it most likely means something in your mods folder is corrupt. It's likely being uncovered by LSPDFR due to the fact LSPDFR preloads models and other content.

I'm going to try and look at improving these things. One of the main issues that can cause the speed loss is that if the site has experienced a DDoS attack, as part of the mitigation flow which will persist even a few hours into the attack, individual connections can be limited in upload speed. This is something we can sort out with changes to how uploads are done, but will need some custom logic as our software doesn't support this by default. It's on my roadmap though. As for the confirmation, this is something I can probably add easily and you should see this soon.

There are no LSPDFR online servers. These mods are entirely separate from LSPDFR and use an entirely different framework (FiveM). Modifications made to the single-player side of the game won't reflect FiveM and multiplayer mods. Regarding LSPDFR, what actual issues are having with it/car mods. Some debugging information (like RAGEPluginHook.log file would help).

You're using an out of date version of LSPDFR. When GTA is updated, LSPDFR also needs an update. Update to the latest LSPDFR.

What do you mean in online? You cannot use LSPDFR in online.

If you let us know what exactly is not working, maybe we can help. The modding community is very DIY -- the entire point to configure your game how you want (what mods you want etc) and not a sort of packaged retail game.
