It sounds like a temporary block due to resource abuse (opening multiple tabs at the same time likely triggered a bot block). These blocks are usually limited automatically after a few hours. At this time, we don't have a mechanism to reverse these manually.

Delete or fix this file: C:/Program Files/Epic Games/GTAV/lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml The XML is invalid. It is a custom file you have installed manually and not part of LSPDFR default.

I've seen this before and it tends to be the default browser setting is either corrupt or non-existent. Check that your default browser is set correctly.

If you login to LSPDFR Sync, old characters will be downloaded automatically (provided they were sync'd with LSPDFR Sync).

Sounds like you've not updated Scripthook. Go to their site and extract the contents of the archive to your GTA folder.
