I've just deployed some changes today, there is now a 'Newest' button on file comments. You can use this to see the newest comments sorted first. We might make this a default in the future, but from today it is at least now an option.

I am now seeing activity and a more reasonable last online date from your profile, perhaps this was a temporary issue. From your log, I didn't see any problems.

Some anti-virus software programs mark LSPDFR as a virus. This is known as a false-positive. LSPDFR and RAGEPluginHook make extensive use of memory hooking to achieve a lot of what they do, which can look malicious to anti-virus software. If your anti-virus marks LSPDFR as unsafe or you have odd issues running RPH/LSPDFR, you will either need to exclude LSPDFR and RPH's files (refer to your antivirus documentation for more details) or you will have to disable the anti-virus software.

Are you using VPN or proxy server? Please see my previous reply for explanations on our bans. The IP and MAR reference look like they are referencing a commercial server provider and not a residential ISP.

I'm not seeing any relevant crashes on your log file, apart from something complaining about a vehicle being invalid. So this isn't looking like an LSPDFR issue. Do you have a mods folder? If so, try playing with it disabled (rename it _mods, this will force it not to load) and see if you still experience the issues.
