  1. Hi, yes I have I was able to get it to work! For anyone in the future with this issue here is what I did. In openIV goto ASI manager uninstall and reinstall ASI loader and OpenIV.ASI and restart.
  2. Hey everyone, After a few years off I decided to get LSPDFR back on my new computer. Everything is working fine but ELS. One of the games cars I noticed the lights were extremely dim when activated. So I downloaded ELS along with a ELS compatible vehicle. Previously to activate the lights and sirens I believe it was activated by E. Now I believe it switched to J and the numbers on my keyboard activate different sirens but I don’t hear a beep when activated and no controller pops up. I noticed on the vehicles the taillights may flash but that’s it besides a few leds that look to be on a dim steady burn. I reinstalled it twice but haven’t had any luck. Any ideas on what it could be? I attached a picture of my files if it helps any. thanks!
  3. Hey guys, So I installed custom sirens before and they worked but I'm having trouble. I just downloaded ELS along with ELS cars but I can't get sirens to work. I tried both the regular way and how to install if you have ELS and can't get them to work. thanks for any help!

  5. @TuxRocks hmm I'm still having a little trouble. This is what pops up. Am I going to the wrong files?
  6. I do have the GTAV\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf folder but once I use OpenIV the file doesn't show up in the program but if i just go to my file folder I can see it.
  7. Hey Albo, im having a little trouble installing. I passed step one but once I goto step two to use openiv(first time user) I go into all the files you directed but the resident file doesn't show up in openiv but if I open the gta file not using openiv I see it. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Also after I tried a bunch I stuff it made all the files a "openiv file" is that ok?
