  6. I think your issue is a bit different. Can you run the following diagnostic test for me? Once it's done, hit 'Copy report URL' and send me to this in a PM if you can.
  7. I've fixed an issue around some of the JS code around our downloads. I've also heard from our CDN provider that they have made some small tweaks. Is anyone else still now having issues? If so, please include a diagnostics report (if you haven't already earlier in the thread) and let me know what issues you're still having.
  8. It looks like this is a Chrome "feature". For some reason the iframe that starts our downloads is being tagged by Chrome as an 'ad frame' and is being blocked as Chrome thinks it as advertisement trying to download the file. However, this is an incorrect automatic detection as the iframe only exists to start the download and is not coming from an ad. I'll see if I can quickly do this a different way. Either way, clicking the manual download link a few times seems to work around this for now. There are one or two posters who have a separate issue that we are looking into, though.
  9. We are not observing any speed issues with our European server. I know that we’ve seen contention issues with your ISP in the past, unfortunately the issue here is between your ISP and ours. It has been reported but this still is not fixed.
  10. Okay so this is most likely not a network issue then. I will look into this later when I get home, but thanks for providing a workaround for affected users.
  11. You can consider this field a subtitle and should be a one line description of your mod. This shows up in our listing views and is used as a description of your file outside of your files' page.
  12. Our provider has applied some changes -- has this helped?
  13. Thanks everyone for your reports. This is definitely localised but we are now in contact with our CDN provider exchanging troubleshooting data. Hopefully this can be sorted soon.
  14. Thanks for the info @Transnapastain - it's looking like this is a regional issue with our CDN. I will forward some troubleshooting information to our CDN provider and see if there's anything obvious on our end we can quickly fix or tweak.

  17. Just to add, the correct GTA V folder from looking at your logs should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ This is where you need to extract the LSPDFR files. If this is too difficult, just use the automatic installer and give it that path.
  18. Unfortunately the logs don't say anything at all, so it's not possible to proceed with these. If you can attach an Event Viewer log of the GTA5.exe crash (with the same circumstances, completely unmodified game except RPH and LSPDFR base modification only) this might help with debugging. I'll also try and see if I can replicate the issue locally.
  19. No reported issues or download deviations in our analytics so there is definitely no site-wide issue. It would be helpful if you could attach a diagnostics report (https://www.lcpdfr.com/diagnostics/), and link to files that you are having issues with.
  20. I've updated this topic to mention possible issues when using Scripthook V .NET.
  21. Your laptop specs are okay but not particularly high-end (and laptop GPUs aren't as great as their desktop equivs). Graphics mods are particularly system dependent and generally intrusive. Maybe try scaling your graphics mods down and make sure to try and avoid multiple hi-poly models.
