I need a optimization for my laptop because the mods i use right now makes the game laggy and some times crashes

The mods i use are similar to first thirty minutes expect the graphics remaster

Your laptop specs are okay but not particularly high-end (and laptop GPUs aren't as great as their desktop equivs). Graphics mods are particularly system dependent and generally intrusive. Maybe try scaling your graphics mods down and make sure to try and avoid multiple hi-poly models.
