I'm sorry this hasn't been fixed yet. The issue is definitely still not on your side and is still related to how the DDoS protection upload rate limiting works. I was working on support for alternative upload endpoints but this was placed on the back burner a few months ago after I was informed that the upload speed issues would be fixed by upstream provider changes. These don't seem to have materialised. We are probably a week or so away from deploying a version upgrade of the site software, I will try and see if I can finish the alternative upload endpoints as part of that update, that will fix this issue.

I can only speak for LSPDFR, which is fully updated for the latest GTA version. There were no significant API changes, so no callouts packs should have broken with this update. If you need further support, please post a topic in the LSPDFR support section.

LSPDFR was updated to fix the issue in build v7874. If you're still having this issue, you didn't install the latest build correctly.

Right next to the 'Download this file' button, you might note our 'Virus checked: Clean' button. We spent a lot of time on this feature that automatically scans each file uploaded to LCPDFR.com. If you click it, you can click to go to the VirusTotal results. None of the 30+ virus scanning engines that scanned this file picked anything up.- 115 comments

Well, you'll need to upgrade your game. Contact Rockstar support for further information. You will need the latest version of GTA V to operate RPH/LSPDFR.
