That error doesn't come from LSPDFR. What if you try to load Stock GTA V (without RPH)? Is that also crashing?

There's no error there.

Ignore the 'failed to find savegame' thing entirely. This is LCPDFR's error handling system attempting to restore your session. However, the real issue is your game is crashing. Check log files and have a look as to why.

I don't think the error has much to do with your installation of Firefox/browser used. That error tends to occur when you are trying to login/register with a blacklisted network/ASN. This can happen when using a VPN that has been blocked due to spam or abuse. If you need to use a VPN when using LCPDFR.com, try switching location for the login. These checks are only done when logging in, so you can go back to using your original VPN location afterwards. If I'm wrong and you aren't using a VPN with that login or you've tried the above and are still having issues, please PM me the IP address so I can double check what's happening.

If you rename the lml folder to something like _lml do you still have the issue?

No problem at all. I was just wondering so I can try to duplicate it on my end. I'll have a look and let you know.

Can you tell me what exactly you're doing on the Pause Menu when it crashes? How are you scrolling through it / are you using the keyboard or navigating with mouse/scroll/are you clicking items? etc From your log, it looks like you are using the LSPDFR menu and somehow you are reaching an out of index item.

All uploads firstly go first through our automatic scanning system (which carries out AV checks, file metadata extraction and more), then a set of scoring systems dictate whether manual moderator review takes place. Manual moderator review is determined based on an account scoring system, almost all new accounts will probably be scored low by this system. You can see your current account score here. Moderator review can take anywhere between 5 minutes and a few days depending on current workloads and availability. Our manual review system is not just about virus prevention, but also looking for very obvious plagiarised material (for example model uploads without any credits). That being all said, your file has been approved.
