RAGEPluginHook isn't just a launcher, it's the scripting framework LSPDFR is built upon.

I'm glad your issue was solved but, there is no need to bump/follow up a thread after just 5 hours. Forums are a type of asynchronous communication: you post and you get a reply that isn't necessary instant, it's not an instant messenger.

Your game crashes before LSPDFR or RPH really start, so it's probably your mods folder. Rename mods to _mods.

Delete stats.dat in your LSPDFR folder (in your GTA folder). It is corrupt. If something freezes LSPDFR's fibre, all of the things you describe above can occur. The first thing I'd try is getting rid of all of your LSPDFR plugins, testing if this issue occurs, and if not adding them in one-by-one until you discover the plugin causing this. You say you've tried this, but your log suggests you have a lot of LSPDFR plugins.

EUP isn't LSPDFR. EUP will work and function independently from LSPDFR. LSPDFR support is for help and assistance with the LSPDFR plugin (and plugins which use the LSPDFR API).
