You need to launch RAGEPluginHook.exe, which can be found in your game folder. LSPDFR/RPH do not automatically appear in game.

Are you still having this issue? It's in our experience that this type of error seems to be temporary.

It is indeed an issue with your installation (either of Windows, GTA V or RPH/LSPDFR) in some way. That really doesn't solve the problem though, but does allow you to perform some reasonable levels of deduction. If it works for thousands of users across the globe, but not you, something unique must be happening on your system that is not happening elsewhere. A common issue that affects RPH and other programs that hook DirectX, are other programs that hook DirectX. For example, FPS counters, GeForce experience and capture software. Do you have any of these installed?

What are you talking about? RPH has been updated to the latest version and can be exclusively found in the LSPDFR download.

The latest version is bundled with LSPDFR, which yes, has been updated.

I'm sorry this hasn't been fixed yet. The issue is definitely still not on your side and is still related to how the DDoS protection upload rate limiting works. I was working on support for alternative upload endpoints but this was placed on the back burner a few months ago after I was informed that the upload speed issues would be fixed by upstream provider changes. These don't seem to have materialised. We are probably a week or so away from deploying a version upgrade of the site software, I will try and see if I can finish the alternative upload endpoints as part of that update, that will fix this issue.
