This API had a special provision (it lies for LSPDFR) to deal with an LSPDFR bug. I don't think this is needed or used anymore though, so I'll see if we can restore the normal behaviour for this.

I've not had a chance to test this, but based on the troubleshooting everyone else has done I'm assuming it's an LSPDFR bug. Perhaps something has been changed or deleted around apartments or maybe a hook or pattern has failed. I'm not too familiar with the apartment system, so even if I have a chance to look at this I'm unlikely to fix it quickly. With the festive season there is probably going to be a delay around fixing this if it's an LSPDFR bug. I can only speak for myself but I will have probably no free time in the coming days, the situation is probably similar with the rest of the development team. Sorry about that.

Try launching GTA V into story mode, then running RAGEPluginHook with the game loaded. Edit: Nevermind, sorry I didn't read that you mentioned you tried that. On your own I'm afraid. Make sure all the dependencies listed on the RPH website are installed. Make sure you have any DirectX overlays like GeForce Experience disabled as they can interfere with RPH.

Scripthook V has nothing to do with LSPDFR. The issue is probably related to your mods folder and it likely needs an update for the new version. Rename mods to _mods and see if that stops your crashing.

You should use the LSPDFR API function GetPersonaForPed. Calling Persona.FromExistingPed will always generate a new Persona and will never search the internal LSPDFR cache for an existing one. I've looked at the code and Persona.FromExistingPed is really not supposed to be called on the player ped, by the looks of the code, it could corrupt the player ped Persona. I will try and confirm this with LMS.

LSPDFR does not use Scripthook V. You can remove it and LSPDFR will operate. Scripthook V is needed for another mod you've installed.
