I've installed ELS and my lights are dim,ELS works,I can open the "menu" with LCtrl+P and change lights and that stuff but they are just dim,just the color blue and red.

Shadows,Shaders,POST FX and Particles quality are all on max setting,also I installed RadianceV and they are still dim and tried to mess in ELS.ini increasing the light to 6000 on day and on night 1500 - still exactly the same. I tried several different ELS mods and its exactly the same on every one.

    Normal Police cars,the ones that arent mods seem to work with ELS,they are the 2 vehicles behind the first,modded one that has dim lights.
