As Will said, it depends on the department. Here in Western Australia you can apply once you're 18. You can also legally purchase and consume alcohol at that age, too.

Press/hold Alt+K when you're in the car. Make sure you're using the ELS configuration file included with the car, though.

You can't lock the time nor set real time duration when using CryENB otherwise you'll experience that brightness issue. As for ELS, you just need to bump up the emissive brightness in the visualsettings.dat file. Also, don't buy Alienware. They're overpriced like crazy for hardware that you actually get.

Drop the "s" at the end of "Sheriff". No department has "Sheriffs" written on their vehicles. That's like saying "Polices" instead of "Police", it just doesn't look right.
