So you can own a handgun and/or a rifle but not pepper spray? This seems absolutely ridiculous to me. That "right" was written in the 1700's when a gun couldn't hit the broadside of a barn from the inside and took over a minute to reload. They didn't expect a bunch of lunatics running with rifles that can put thirty shots downrange in under ten seconds because if they had, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't of wrote that amendment in the first place.

Good thing I don't live in the United States, huh? Piracy is one of those crimes that nearly everyone does. You can't stop it altogether, it's almost if not impossible. Yes, you can take down the sites hosting the illegal content but they'll just pop straight back up in a mere few hours or at worst, a few days. Also, VPNs work miracles.

The slots with LCPD markings are police, police2, police3 (EFLC), police4 (EFLC), policeb (EFLC) and pstockade. The slots with NOoSE markings are noose, polpatriot, nstockade and apc (EFLC). Then you have fbi, which is the FIB buffalo.

Right click on the EFLC folder, select properties and uncheck "Read Only". You may also need to disable User Account Control in Windows settings.

I would probably go for 5, the rest look either too dark or too light.

I have a GTX 770 4GB and I can run everything on ultra without issues, so I really don't see a need for the 900 series just yet.

Could you imagine being able to read someones Psycho-Pass and then having the Dominator react to that and change modes, in-game? That would be the coolest thing, ever. I think the Dominator would forever be stuck on lethal eliminator though, as everyone in Liberty City is mental and would probably have a Psycho-Pass over 300.

I have mine set to 145. Looks really bright on some cars and dull on others during the day (really depends on the car) but amazing at night.
