Well there is the MadMan Anime Festival, but it's completely rubbish when compared to Anime Expo in LA. I went to it in Perth and was pretty disappointed but then again I've been spoilt by the real deal of Akihabara.

I'm still yet to see any meaningful progress since the game was first announced about 3-4 years ago so I'm very skeptical. Of course in the long run I hope it succeeds, but I'm not seeing anything nor staying hopeful.

Have you installed anything that alters any of the vehicle lines, or the handling lines? To me this sounds like less of an LCPDFR issue and more to do with your handling lines.

48 people? Are you sure you're not mixing the Manilla attack in there too (which wasn't a terror attack by any means)? Regardless, this is absolutely disgusting and I'm glad the perpetrators were caught/killed quickly. It's a huge shame that several civilians were killed beforehand though.

No. Just buy the game on Steam and it'll automatically download and intall it for you. Yes you do. LSPDFR won't work on pirated copies and we do not tolerate piracy on this forum.

Purchase and install the game first, and at-least do the missions to unlock all three characters before modding the game to hell (or just use a save-game).

I'd change the fonts completely and remove the "shield" around the seal.
