it says copy the readme.txt file to game folder what is that? is there anyway I could give u acsess to my laptop to download and install it all please? but I do have to purchase gta5 right?

alright so ill look up first thirty minutes and go from there but how do I put rage hook in my system? also might be a stupid question but do I have to buy the game for pc first or does it matter if I have the game and if I have to am I able to download everything and do it all then get the game?
