Well the commandline.txt supposedly helps GTA IV run better on your PC/laptop, it won't "blow it up" as it's set to reduce PC/Laptop ware.

I totally agree. They are extremely intelligent. My Retriever will never be as smart as Paige since he is "ball mad" and still acts like a puppy even though he is 11. However I love him to bits. That's my dog. (Yes I realise the picture is huge, lol)

Nope Fraps is not free and I wouldn't recommend the trial as it only allows you to record for 30 seconds and has a watermark on recorded videos. If your looking for a good free recorder I'd recommend Xfire.
