The 770's were made to replace the 680's, the 770 is essentially a newer and faster (performance wise) version of a 680.

Your Fraps settings are fine, so you must be rendering with the wrong settings. In Windows Movie Maker click the little blue pane in the top left that looks somewhat like a book, from there go to the "Save Movie" tab, hover your mouse over that until a bunch of settings pop up and scroll to the bottom of that pop up to where it says "Create Custom Setting...", now just edit the intervals. Make sure to match the resolution of the raw video for the best quality before rendering through Movie Maker. 1440p is 2560x1440 (WxH), 1080p is 1920x1080 (WxH) and 720p is 1280x720 (WxH) WxH = Width x Height

I'd love to make that siren for IV, but unfortunately that is the only decent tone demonstration on the internet (that I can find) and it isn't good for converting to IV because the sound distorts every-time the camera moves.

It depends how and where you wear it, I'm not familiar with the laws in US so I'm getting this completely off research so I could be wrong. Anyway, from what I understand as-long as you don't have it visible and you're not going around asking people for their ID's, it's not illegal. If you do have it visible then it will probably fall under "impersonating a police officer", which is a rather serious offense.

The problem is that she only finished her role in "Hannah Montana" 2 years ago. Despite the series finishing, that doesn't stop re-runs. Children who were/are fans of the show then see her doing something like this and are disgusted at the way she acts, you know? I agree that she has grown up and should be free to get a "new" image, but a lot of people still think of her as a child star so there's always going to be negativity towards her. Unless of course they destroy every last copy of "Hannah Montana" and erase it from our minds.
